Our modern pitch alto recorder is designed based on the original alto recorder in F by Pierre Jaillard Bressan (1663-1730) in Ueno Gakuen University. The rich, deep and refined tone of the original is realized at a'=442Hz. It is a model aimed at functionality that can work in any situation, from emotional expressions to movements that require quick response. It can be used in a wide range of genres from baroque to contemporary works.
